Our schedule is first through sixth period, which runs from 8:30AM to 3:37PM.

 

All students are asked to board the bus leaving Venice High School by 3:45PM. 

 

But what if your child has a sport, or is in our marching band, or cheer, or color guard, or academic decathalon, science bowl, or simply wants to stay after school to meet with a teacher or to attend the Homework Hub in the Library? 

 

We have a bus for them also! Students are asked to be at the Auditorium Steps by 5:30PM and will depart Venice High School at 5:45PM.  To board this bus, students must show their regular bus pass, plus a second bus pass, which they will request from the Magnet Office ahead of time.  Students who need to ride for one day only on special occasions will receive a One-Day Pass. Those who have a regular afterschool commitment will receive a Seasonal Pass. 

 

Please note, our Late Departure Buses have limited stops, so the drop off may not be the same as your regular drop of location. Currently, the Late Departures Buses drop off students at Crenshaw HS, Dorsey HS, Jefferson HS, Manual Arts, Muir MS, and Washington Prep.
