hello I miss Barnhill Barnhill I teach French at the World Language Culver City leadership development an interesting study so we have a lot of learning to get to form a new student welcome I'm so excited to have you in the duffeyroll Jess and Lee a poem is on Kenzie lights the continual is it true that hi Woods Community to my name is I teach biology and AP biology I'm also the advisor for the class of 2022 that means you're interested in leadership for the class of 2022 we plan prom with cities during your senior year I also and the advisor under construction Garden is under construction right now so it's a little bit but a really awesome come to be apart of I look forward to meeting all of you and go condom hi God knows I miss you could over that and I'm going to be teaching English 10 honors English 10 and 80 English language and composition for this upcoming school year at the world languages and Global Studies magnet here in Venice for this upcoming year we're going to be dealing with some real-world issues through a reading of both fiction and nonfiction text we're also going to be further developing our writing skills through new digital learning platforms that I've been through searching over the summer that I think you guys are really really going to enjoy it but I'm even more excited to meet each and everyone of you and get started with this new school year hello my name is Captain. and I teach world geography and AP geography and they coach cross country and track I am also an alumna of the World Language and Global Studies magnet here at Venice and it is an honor and a privilege to return to the community that raised me when I was a student like you our magnet is a special place and there is a reason why I knew in high school that I wanted to come back as a teacher and as your teacher it is my goal to help you achieve your goals by the time you graduate you will be so capable and so prepared you will have the world in the palm of your hand gogoanime welcome condos my name is Miss Gonzalez and I'm an English teacher here in the world languages and Global Studies magnet I look forward to working with all of you this year especially in these extraordinary times I'm I teach mostly ninth-graders and I want to make you do everything I can to make you guys feel welcome and it home and know that we're going to get through this together and work on our reading and writing skills the year together I teach 9th grade English and 11th grade English and I'm also looking forward to spending a lot of time on current events with you and thinking about real-life things and connecting your reading writing and critical thinking skills to thinking about those events you can always go to my schoology page and contact me through my email there I know some of you have already reached out to me and again I'm really looking forward to working with you and supporting you through this year thank you studies magnet it is my pleasure to welcome you to the news fully aired and I'm looking forward to a productive year filled with many learning opportunities and excitement I can't wait to meet you all green Donna Lear my name is Mister Lancaster I teach College one and geometry in the world language in Global Studies magnet I am anticipating a productive exciting and prosperous New Year. Looking forward to meeting you and working with you I Gondolier's I miss Wazowski I teach mostly 11th and 12th graders and my classes which this year include AP Literature expository composition and American literature all of the classes include some really great novels and short stories plays poetry that I know we're going to have a lot of fun looking at together and we're also going to spend some time working on your writing when you ready for college applications Andres strengthening your communication skills overall I spent a lot of time this summer learning about online platforms that are going to help us continue to learn remotely so I'm excited to share what I've learned and I hope you all will help me cancel learn as we go forward with the fall see you soon Sonoma County teacher for the world languages magnet Street and absolutely love clients hoping I can communicate some of my enthusiasm for the subject over the course of this year as well help you make real life connections as we may know chemistry is a very Hands-On kind of clients and classes are online full mixtape little bit different little so yeah typical fun labs in the class but they mention we will adapt surrounded by smaller things at home with everyday life material with you I hope that you are as excited as I am hello everyone my name is O'Connell I am teaching 11th and 12th grade this year AP u.s. History AP government take on regular government as well I've also been doing rock band club for a while with the partner with the organization called little kids rock and Fender music Foundation I've written some grants to bring in some instruments and Fender is providing online music instruction this year for everyone let's see what if my wife and I started a nonprofit called Shakespeare for all about 10 years ago and I also work at city college more details about my college study on the website and look forward to seeing you soon hi there this is Robert and I am going to be your world Connor's brother AP World teacher and I'm really honored to be part of this crazy online. With you on so we will do our best to make the best of it what's a funny statement that yes we will so I just wanted to say that we will do our best as well to connect what's going on today with things in the past so that the history you learn exciting and makes sense and is relevant to life today so we'll start by on this is talking about is our climate changes shoes I think we can connect us to the Past just to get started on the right but anyway happy to answer any questions you can email me at karara 9911 or check updates in Schoology I also have a remind app for you if you want to check for the code in the update on small G so make the best of it feels like there's somewhere we can do this Spanish one two three and four as well as AP Spanish language on campus I also serve as the Federation and I also work with the students in their junior year in the community service Club known as the shuttle and some Esquire of course since we are virtual this semester we are looking for ways to adapt to an online platform I hope that students will take advantage of the opportunity to welcome you to the new school year and we look forward to work
