How to request Transcripts for Former students (after 2000):
Former Students 2000-2013 requests take longer to process. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
  1. Fill out and sign the Official Transcripts Request Form.
  2. Must attach a copy of a valid photo I.D. (Gov. Issued I.D.).
  3. Email completed form to the following:
-Current and Former Magnet (WLGS/STEMM) Students: Noe Arana

CURRENT STUDENTS 
  • Current Seniors: 
    • For college applications, including mid-year report, scholarships, etc: reach out to your college counselor or academic counselor
  • Current 9th -11th graders: reach out to your academic counselor
  • TRANSCRIPTS CANNOT BE EMAILED. YOU CAN OBTAIN A COPY AND SCAN/UPLOAD THE DOCUMENT YOURSELF.
 
FORMER STUDENTS
ATTENTION! Only students who graduated or attended Venice High School after 2000 may obtain transcripts directly from the school - all others must call (323) 224-5950
  1. Fill out Transcript Request Form at the counter. Completely fill out the form. (Don't forget to indicate month and year of graduation or date you last attended Venice High School.)
  2. Out of State/City Students go to the right side of page and download/print form.
  3. Official Transcripts are $10.00 per copy. You MUST pay upon request. Cash or money order are the only acceptable forms of payment.
  4. Out of State students must send money order made out to: Venice High School.
